Happy Spring to all herb lovers,

The herb beds on the Bowes Park station platform seem to have survived the winter pretty well, with very little human interference - not much litter and a few plants have disappeared.  Emerging from another folk song, that brave bold reynardine (the station fox) has also been participating - thanks to Caroline, who's has come to the rescue with some fox-unfriendly hot powdered red pepper sprinkled on the beds..

I won't be able to get to the station in daylight this week - is anyone able to case the joint and guesstimate how many plants we need to refill the beds?  (Any herb plant donations welcome.)

Thanks very much, here's looking forward to a productive growing season.
