- Dim Sum, Sat 14 May 2011 (Steamed Shao Mai, Special Vegetable Dumplings, and Spring Roll);
- Vegetarian, Sat 25 Jun 2011 (Steamed Stuffed Courgettes, Sushi Rolls, and Healthy Chinese Noodles);
- Dim Sum, Sat 9 Jul 2011 (Steamed Beancurd Rolls, Dumplings, and Pumpkin Buns);
- Home Cooking, Sat 17 Sep 2011 (Singapore Fried Rice Noodles, Fried Chicken with Pumpkin and Lily Bulbs, and Mixed Mushrooms with Egg Tofu and Broccoli);
- Desserts, Sat 15 Oct 2011 (Leisha Dumplings, Mango Pudding, and Red Bean Past Crisp-Fried Crepes or Toffee Apple and Toffee Banana).

Tutor: Chef Ben Cheng.
With over 20 years of professional experience in cookery business in the UK, Ben is an expert in Oriental cuisine and has passion in introducing healthy Chinese cooking to the general public. He became a Head Chef of the Good Earth Group when he was in his early 20s and later promoted to Executive Chef. Now Ben is a Director of Good Earth Group, a reputable Chinese restaurant in London.
