Demolished to make way for the bank and flats of Powys court on the new Ritz parade in the 1930's. The site now has a mast and hoardings painted grey for "Hertz coming spring 2024" You can see a single decker bus emerging from Powys lane. The building to the right still exists - Its the Dentist on the corner.
