Sir Hugh Myddleton
Recently installed (2014) a new sculpture of Sir Hugh MYDDELTON at Holborn viaduct replacing an earlier version destroyed in the Blitz. Sculptor unknown.
He has the plans for the New River in his hand and his foot is resting on an elm pipe.
