Can anyone tell me what is happening to the BPCA ( Bowes Park CommunityAssociation) which has done such sterling work over the past 25 years?  There were suggestions that it should lose the Charitable Status but revert to its original status of being an association which has an overview of the whole area and highlights projects that need attention and a bit of TLC.  This appeared to have been rejected and there ws a small meeting when it seems the Committee were going to resign and close the…
