Anyone for Cricket? Junior (and senior) cricketers wanted!

Alexandra Park Cricket Club is always on the look out for new players. In particular we are trying to expand our junior section and youngsters from 5 to 15 are very welcome to join in our sessions. Currently these run on Tuesday evenings at 6.00 in the Sports Hall at Heartlands School on Station Road, Wood Green.

We also have practise for senior players on Tuesday nights from 6.30 at the same venue.

Once (if) the weather turns warmer we'll more junior practise outdorrs to the club in ther middle of the Old Race Course. This is our 125th anniversary season and we have a number of events planned including a family day on Sunday 5th May where there will be a cricket competition being played but also bouncy castles etc and potentially a mini real ale festival (we always have good real ale!).
