We now have a Facebook page which concentrates in our plans to restore sections of the Lanscroon Murals. Its at

We are currently trying to develop links with local schools and the latest posting on Facebook covers ideas on arts based projects focusing on the Murals

We expect that final decisions on the future of the House will be put to the Council later this year. As ever money is the problem, and we may be looking at the stableyard being sold for housing (ironically since the Park was bought in 1903 to save it from encroaching urbanisation). Even this, a commercial partner to run a cafe/restaurent, and a possible grant from the HLF might not be enough to do more than rebuild half the house.

The Trust's main objectives are to open the House and Stableyard for community use, and we continue to argue for this.
