Can you help identify this birdsong in Bounds Green, North London. 24/5/2012. Sorry for poor quality, it was taken after sunset with full zoom.

Okay, thanks very much for your quick responses. I've now listened to a recording of a chaffinch and confirmed that it definitely was a chaffinch

I would say it definitely was a chaffinch. I remember it as having a slowish trill in the song and ending very abruptly.

Here's a video my dad took of a bird "singing" in Bounds Green. We tried to identify the type of bird but didn't get very far. It calls out twice during the course of the video.

Does anybody know what kind of bird this is?
