Hello everyone

Does anybody know whats going on with the Ritz Parade redevelopment? 

Reason i ask is that a sign has gone up for the sale of land that is part of the redevelopment - the old Barclays Bank and Powys Court.

According to these two online proposals

That land allegedly is in Notting Hill Housing (Genesis) ownership. Last spring it was supposed to be turned into a Hertz car hire that never materialised (for some odd reason) and now it can be yours if you have a spare £1.5 million + 

Can't help but think something is not right as a while ago another piece of land adjacent to Palmerston Crescent on Bowes road has hoarded off and allegedly sold off fraudulently i was told.

Is it possible the same is is happening here, anybody know anything about it? I have reported it to Ahmet Oykener of Bowes Ward.
