Great idea Daniel but it seems there's nothing about recycling/reuse organisations such as @ilovefreegle.org the UK online non-profit voluntary recycling/reuse charity. Freegle means 'Free Giving Locally Easily' and their 3.5million members can offer/request just about anything so long as it's Free & Legal. There's a free App to download members arrange 'Safe transfer of items during the pandemic'
Freegle also actively encourage Community & Voluntary organisations, Charities, Other non-profits, Homeless and other resource centres, Schools and many more who can register once their ID has been confirmed. There's absolutely no money involved you can offer/request Food, White and electrical goods (Working or not someone may be able to use for spares/repair) Nothing is sacred on Freegle one mans rubbish is another mans treasure as the saying goes. There's no Buying, Selling, Swapping or Lending and No live animals -
It's such a shame local councils don't support organisations like Freegle which is run entirely online by over 1,000 dedicated unpaid volunteers who each pay their groups running costs from their own pockets. I hope you find us a useful resource. Here's a video explaining how it works
