Inspired by his recent travels to Rome, Alan will be serving up a selection of Roman specialities for the next supperclub...
Graze on charcuterie, Pecorino Romano and sourdough focaccia followed by artichokes alla Romana, tomato & mozzarella ‘suppli’, bucatini alla matriciana.
You’ll then move on to a light Roman chicken stew with bitter leaves on the side and enjoy a crastata di ricotta and gelato for dessert.
As always, vegetarians will be catered for and a full bar will be available.
