Learn to Make Bunting at Stitch in Palmers Green!

There is always an excuse to hang bunting! Coronation or no Coronation!

Any celebration is a bunting celebration. Not just for birthdays but you may be interested in making for upcoming street parties.

So come and join us at Stitch in making this fun accessory for any room or for any celebration.

Our resident seamstress Pat Stevens will guide you in cutting your triangles (or any shape you like) sew them, then joining them together. This class suits anyone from beginners upwards that can sew a straight line and want to improve their skills in making something that can be used over and over for years to come. You can bring your own fabric or we have a wide range of fabrics to choose from in store (including Coronation colours) available for purchase.

What we provide :

We have Janome sewing machines for you to use, cutting mats , scissors and rotary cutters.

Light refreshments and biscuits will be provided.

What you will learn:

Design a bunting and cutting a pattern

Joining with bias binding

Improve basic sewing skills.

We provide the sewing machines and all the equipment you need.

You need to just bring the fabric you would like to use (or you can purchase from our Stitch collection- please arrive 15 minutes earlier to do so.)
