Event Description
Everyone warmly invited to join us on Saturday 20th June at St James Church, Muswell Hill N10, for this exuberant and rhythmic programme.
The concert opens with Chabrier's dance-like España, followed by the Violin Concerto by the great film composer Korngold. The French-Syrian Violinist Bilal Alnemr is traveling from France to play with us for the second time and will be conducted by Howard Williams, one of Britain's most experienced conductors on the international platform.

The second half continues the dance (and film) theme with Bernstein's Symphonic Dances from West Side Story and the concert will end with Mexican composer Marquez's gloriously lush Danzon No. 2.
