Come and join us every Tuesday for an all over body workout that incorporates boxing moves.
£8 - All equipment provided - please bring correct change. Thanks xx
Put on a pair of boxing gloves and punch your frustrations of the week away to music! It’s a fun workout for all levels and abilities and it really gets the heart racing and the fat melting away! No need to sign up, come drop in any Tuesday. Head to the top floor of the school to the gym hall.
