Join a local artist for a short course and learn the basics of watercolour painting.

Joanna Pilarczyk will be tutoring a Watercolour Painting course on Sunday 22nd May.

Joanna is a Tottenham based artist who trained in Visual Arts in Poland. She is a practising fine artist of several years and with a varied approach she has developed a distinctive style in watercolour, illustration and portraiture.

Course Details

• This short course will be an excellent introduction to watercolour.
• The course will be suitable for complete beginners as well as those who have some basic watercolour experience.
• Short drawing exercises to warm up.
• We will cover the varied watercolour techniques, provide demonstrations and put them into practice.
• Understanding tone and colour mixing.
• Painting from landscapes, a still life composition and understanding perspective.
