Love Parks Week runs from the 27th July to the 4th August and as part of this there will be several events organised in the Broomfield Park Community Orchard.

Sunday 4th August 5pm
Design and build a Bug Hotel for Broomfield Community Orchard

Broomfield's very own 'Grand Design' project. Working in groups you will design and then help to build the winning design for a Bug Hotel.

Bring along pens and large sheets of paper to do
the design drawings. Also bring along materials that you think would be suitable for the Bug Hotel, such as
straw, pieces of wood, cardboard, egg cartons, bamboo canes and pipes.

The construction work will be supervised by adults.

The orchard is open every first and third Saturday of the month between 10.00am and 12.00 and every Sunday between 2.00 and 4.00pm.
