The Mayor of Enfield, local councillors and the British Legion will be attending the annual Remembrance Day service in the Remembrance Garden in Broomfield Park on November 11th at 10.40am. This year students from Broomfield School and Bowes School will be contributing poems and readings while Hazelwood School will be providing a medley of World War I songs. The new vicar of Christ Church Southgate, Rev. Chrichton Limbert, will be taking the service where everyone is welcome to commemorate those who lost their lives in the two world wars and more recent conflicts.
All welcome to attend but be prompt, please
