Event Description

In this hands-on cookery workshop conducted by Mrs. Karen Broutsos, you will learn to cook Steamed Bean Curd Roll, Dumplings, and Lotus Seed Paste Buns.

Karen is ethnic Chinese from Hong Kong with over 20 years of experience in Chinese cookery, specialising in home cooking, Cantonese soup, etc.  She was the video demonstrator of Chinese dessert cooking in our previous project.

Cost: £42 (including ingredients).
 
Requirements:
1) Participants should bring their own apron, hair to be tied back and wear hard-wearing non-slippery shoes (in case of hot liquids & knives);
2) No trainers, nail varnish or jewellery for Health & Safety rules.
