Event Description

Master Kam-Sang Law will explain the theory contained in the Taijiquan Treatise written by WANG Zhongyue, emphasising the importance of using the mind and not muscular power to move the body and arms. He will also expound the ‘Thirteen Shi’ according to the principles of Yin and Yang, the eight trigrams and the five elements. Master Law will then demonstrate taijiquan forms and movements and invite participants to join in and share the joy of practising taijiquan.

Master Law has been practising Tai Chi for nearly 30 years. He has studied with Chan, Zhaobao and Yang masters before he followed his last teacher, Master WANG Zhuanghong who has developed the WANG style. Master Law has been teaching Tai Chi for eight years and is now teaching Tai Chi in a number of organisations in London.

Cost: £30 (including tea and refreshment).
