Discovering London talks with Peter Berthoud, a London Guide and Writer, Pete looks at an unusual aspect of London’s history the second talk of the year will be on London’s Lost Pleasures.

Thursday 21st February, 7.30pm

Peter will be sharing images of the sometimes bizarre forms of entertainment that were once part of London life. From Georgian rock music to a singing mouse, aquatic dramas to gigantic panoramas and all sorts of street based oddities.

There will be the opportunity to ask questions and to look at some original plans. You can also enjoy a drink, meal or snack before, during or after the talk – there will be an interval and we’ll be offering a special Discover London deal!

The price for each talk is £7 or £5 for concessions.
