Our first Open meeting for 2013 is fast approaching. I hope you can come along to hear about our plans for the year, contribute your ideas and join in to help deliver them. We will also have the HLF response re the funding application to restore the House.

We would also like to alert you to forthcoming Committee opportunities. It’s been five years since the formation of the Friends and the Committee needs new faces and fresh ideas. A number of positions will need to be filled, including Secretary. If you would like to get more involved with this do let the secretary know asap. At this stage all thats needed is a brief statement of  interest and background. Prior to the AGM (8th May) we will formalise the nominations. We do hope some of you will consider this opportunity as a worthwhile challenge and a good way to help preserve and improve our beloved park.
