Event Description

A FREE local event to encourage onliners to give an hour to inspire and help someone else use the internet, and offliners to spend an hour giving the internet a go!

This year, Get online week takes place from 30 October to 6 November, and it’s all about giving an hour, or spending an hour…

With the clocks going back on Sunday 30 October, everyone across the UK has a spare hour – and we want them to use it online!

We will be encouraging onliners to give an hour to inspire and help someone else use the internet, and offliners to spend an hour giving the internet a go at this local event.

It’s the fifth year of the Get online week campaign, and we’re aiming to hold two events at Ming-Ai to help more people get to grips with computers and the internet.

Tutor: Mr Y. P. Chung, a senior Computer and Telecommunications Consultant. He will share his experience and knowledge with people who may like to broaden their computing knowledge and to help people who may be struggling and frustrated by problems with their computers.

Drop-in welcome but booking requires. Please contact 020 8361 7161 to reserve your place.
