Finchley and Friern Barnet Operatic Society presents Honk! the Musical. Based on the Ugly Duckling tale, Honk! tells the story of Ugly, who is shunned for his appearance and seen as different to other animals. Separated from the farmyard and pursued by the hungry Cat, Ugly must find a way home and be reunited with his family. Along the way, Ugly meets a number of different creatures including a beautiful swan named Penny and a bullfrog that teaches him out there someone's gonna love you warts and all!  From his journey, Ugly discovers the true meaning of beauty and acceptance in all its forms.
