Event Description
Ali Ajel is a recent graduate of the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance in London. As a songwriter his songs are a compelling and a diverse fusion between East and West: From the rich sounds and textures of the authentic Arabic folk and pop music, to the unmistakable beats of the versatile Western popular music. This earthy organic mixture is harmonized with the tender sound of the Arabic Oud, enchanting melodies and ethnic percussion.
