Rory Ingham - trombone Dominic Ingham - violin and voice Piano – Will Barry Adam King - bass Mark Taylor - drums
“The idea is simply playing the music we love and have grown up with which is steeped in the history of jazz from 1918 to 2025, alongside some original music of ours. It’s a deep musical relationship that has existed intensely for over 20 years and will be a very engaging and uplifting night of music!”
Music includes composers such as Thelonious Monk, Oliver Nelson, John Coltrane, Rory/Dominic Ingham and particularly great songbook tunes. It’ll be a swinging affair!
About Rory
“effortless virtuosity” Jazzwise (EU) “richly melodic” London Jazz News “the trombonist showed splendid richness of sound and an unlimited imagination” La Vanguardia (ES) “Virtuosic trombone playing...if his name appears on a billboard near you, you won’t regret buying that front row seat" British Trombone Society
About Dominic :
'The ability of Dominic becomes immediately apparent as his violin skilfully soars above a slow burning groover' - Jazzwise 'A rare treat...should be heard live whenever possible' - Kit Downes 'A fluid, masterly violin solo' - All About Jazz
