Haringey CCG is what is known as the Lead Commissioner for services provided from North Middlesex University Hospital on behalf of  patients from other London Boroughs.  Additional complications arise for patients whose home address may technically be within LBEnfield but are on a List of Patients registered with Haringey CCG.

Haringey CCG is working with the Haringey Forum for Older People again to host "Let's talk about...leaving hospital" - an open meeting 

This event will explore the issues around older people leaving hospital and the support available to them at home or in the community once they have been discharged.

You will be able to find out more about local services which provide at home or community support to older people (over 65s) and people with long term health conditions, once they have left hospital. Plus you’ll have the chance to share your thoughts on the topic, including your views on the services.

Cold buffet lunch and entertainment will be provided.
