NEW!! Finding the Poem Set 4 with Paul Lyalls
If you enjoy finding poems (and let’s face it who doesn’t?) Then FTP4 “Writers on the storm” is another ride into a series of original ideas and surefire ways to explore them. Set against a frontier-pushing backdrop, drawing on life experience and Social Zones in a supportive and fun group sharing group. A way to develop themes, characters and be experimental with words and style.’
Enjoy this set of 6 workshops, one of 4 separate sets which can be taken in any order.
1) A view with a room.
2) The spaces in-between
3) Guilty pleasures
4) Life through a lens
5) It’s still Rock and Rule to me
6) DNA (Do Not Ask)
A note to prose writers: have you ever wondered what it is like to write in the poetic form? Perhaps you write in prose automatically, but would like to try to use language in another way. If your fiction needs a lift, if your life-writing needs lilt, if your central characters don’t quite sing (or even if they do!) you can free your writing through poetry.
Monday evenings: 6.30-9pm. Feb 21, 28, March 7, 14, 21, 28.
£125 Email kate@collage-arts.org to register and be sent a payment link. Virtual Writing Room via ZOOM.
