Every Monday 18:30-19:30

Pregnancy yoga is a fantastic way to support your body and your growing baby throughout pregnancy and to help to prepare your body for birth and beyond. Suitable from your first scan these classes will help to release sore and tired muscles, build strength for birth and carrying a baby, and give you plenty of movement and breathwork tools to use during all types of labour.

This class is limited to 6 people so you get plenty of individual attention. Pre-booking is essential as this class is often fully booked.
