Did you join a club such as the brownies, or scouts, or woodcraft folk when you were a child? How about the youth club when you were in your teens? Can you remember what you most enjoyed about them? Later on, you could move on to other clubs or societies, perhaps connected with your work or your outside activities or interests. There was the camera club, the music society, the amateur dramatic society and the ramblers. Today, we have book clubs, painting classes and local choirs. People getting together to talk and create. If you were, or are, part of a group or society, come and join us with your stories and memorabilia.
Monthly sessions for older people – come along and share your memories
Facilitated by local historian Christine Protz, author of 'Tottenham, A History'.
