Chris horner cornered me at a private viewing in town on Wednesday  from his SGA chair perspective. Well angry about loss of local democracy.  I can't remember his exact phrase but along the lines of police had Intel that there were anti cyclist  interlopers expected and they saw a real risk of trouble so they instructed the cancellation.
