We warmly invite you to the SAPL (Supporters of Alexandra Park Library)  Annual General Meeting. at the above date and time. Refreshments will be served, there will be a piano recital, and a quiz with prizes.

But we need new blood: We urgently need new people to become involved. Let us know if you would like to join the committe or become involved in some way. You will be warmly welcomed. 

Renewal of membership: We invite you to renew your membership at this time, membership is from 1st April till 31st March each year, £5.00 annual membership. This enables us to organise various activities throughout the year. 

Current activities include: Monthly Singing group, Italian Class, Poetry Reading. 

Possible future activities could include: A walking group, Mindufulness, Bridge, Computing, setting up a U3A

A brief reminder of the role of SAPL - to promote and encourage libraray use, to be a focal point for the local community and to act as a commuication channel with the local authority in this period of austerity when library budgets are under threat.
