Event Description

This Friday, 2nd August, ‘The Low Down Dogs’ return to St Harmonicas  for a set of acoustic, Folk Blues along with some of the more plugged in and rocking stuff! Dave Barnes has one of the finest Blues voices you will ever hear and he is also a master of slide guitar and harmonica  His collaborator, John Crowther plays lead guitar & mandolin and shares vocal duties, with Pete Abernethy providing a host of percussion effects. Dave Thomas has bass and vocal duties.

The Low Down Dogs are fully Blues Police approved and you can expect an entertaining set of familiar, lesser known and some original material from these discerning musicians.

Harmonica Dave provides half-time support under the guise of Ukelele Dave. Great stuff!
