Invitation To Haringey Residents

Celebrating the knowledge and skills of our 50+ residents and reducing isolation and loneliness

Living Under One Sun are excited to invite you to our Neighbourhood Connectors Asset Building event. We are bringing local residents together with GP’s, Employment Agencies, Council Officers, and other community services and groups, to discuss what business, employment, enterprise and volunteer opportunities there are available our 50+ residents.

It will take place on-

The theme of the session is ‘The Business of Being Over 50’

We will be exploring a number of questions, such as:
Who are our 50+ residents?
What are the barriers that are faced by them?
What do they have to offer our community?
What are the possibilities available to our 50+ residents?

We are also mapping all the resources available in Haringey to our 50+ residents including statutory services and community led organisations. We would like you to contribute to the map, so please bring along any information about services or activities for over 50s that we might have missed and we’ll add it to the map.
