We are very fortunate to get a speaker who travels around the country helping people to create sustainable ways to keep money within their own communities. For the conference he's going to focus on supporting ways of creating local food sources.
Aims:
To look at ways to build a local food network, helping to create sustainable ways of creating and sharing local food sources.
To explore economic, environmental and health benefits of creating local food networks.

Paul Squires, UNLTD awards manager and local economies consultant.
Paul has travelled around the country advising community groups on creating local economies and helping create local networks to support them. He is co-author of the study: Re-imagining the High Street: Escape from Clone Town Britain, for the New Economics foundation.
