Alexandra Palace – Heritage and Conservation – Still at risk!

WANTED: architects, planners, conservationists, historians – all with an interest in the heritage and conservation of Alexandra Park and Palace! This is because the Alexandra Park and Palace Conservation Area Advisory Committee (APPCAAC) wishes to expand its membership with appropriate skills. No formal qualifications are required – just an interest in the Park and Palace with an appetite to get involved!

The role of the committee is to advise the council’s planning department on planning applications that have an impact on the Park and Palace. Membership is not limited to those who live close to APP. If you are interested and feel you want to join us, please contact me, Colin Marr (the current chairman) and I can let you know more about what is involved. Thanks, Colin colin.marr@blueyonder.co.uk .
