Count me and Evie-Dog in and get in touch if you want to run off the Christmas pounds - I know I certainly need to and I think a nice, slow pace is in order for the first two this week! :-)

Hi Mary-Louise,

Fantastic! Glad you'll be joining us and I hope you're feeling better today - let me know if you are running with Emmy and I (and Evie! :)) this evening.

We'll probably be doing one of two routes tonight. Emmy's got a good one that goes via Muswell Hill while I've got another one that's a bit less interesting, skirting around Broomfield Park and a bit of Palmers Green. Unfortunately at this time of year with it being dark from about 5pm, we tend to have to stick to the areas which are lit but once the evenings start getting lighter again we can hopefully start to explore the parklands more.

I'll PM you my mobile number and hope to see you tonight or on Friday.

Hi Hilda,

 

Yes, Emmy and I are still running strong although the days that we run do sometimes change depending on how busy we are. I'm not running on Friday this week as I'm going for drinks after work but Emmy may be - Emmy?

 

I'm sure we'll be running next week but again, I'm not sure on which days - what evenings are you free next week?

Hi, I've just signed up to this forum and would be interested to join your running group. I only run about once a week around Broomfield Park and really need to build it up. Thursday to Sunday evenings are best for me. Look forward to hearing from you!
