Here's an interesting Idea from the Media Trust Charity

Love your community? Take an inspiring snap that captures the spirit of your community and you could win a digital SLR camera and photography training course.

In a partnership with Big Lottery Fund, thisis and localpeople news sites Media Trust are trying to find inspirational images of what people across the country love about their communities.

Entries to Communities in Focus could include anything from local events such as street parties and farmers’ markets or portraits of local people making a difference, such as charity volunteers or community groups.

The competition has two categories, one winner will be selected from each category by a high-profile judging panel, and each winner will receive a digital SLR camera and two places on a Media Trust photography-training course.

To enter the competition participants must sign up to the Cam 360 network and submit an image by December 19th.
