The next Crouch End  Cinema Club film will be at the Picturehouse on Thursday 19th December at 2.15 pm.  'On becoming a Guinea Fowl' is 100 mins long, so with trailers should be finished about 4.30 pm.  There will be a discussion of the film after in the cafe.

The cost to Silver Screen members is £7.60.  If you are not a member it is free to join and staff will be delighted to help.

Synopsis 

A woman stumbles across the body of her uncle on an empty road in the middle of the night. As funeral proceedings begin, secrets of her middle-class Zambian family soon come to light.
