Developers have made a THIRD PROPOSAL to demolish a period family home and replace it with a block of six flats with a total of 10 bedrooms.

They hardly changed their submission from last time, still incorporating a substantial basement and a lowered rear garden. Parking is provided for one car only.

Please register your objections on the council website (HGY/2017/0035). Note that the new documentation has been submitted within the existing application. Simply add a new objection to the list, even if you have already objected previously.
