Thanks for flagging this up - I was particularly taken with the Music venues and I was startled to realise how many of the places I use to frequent have now shut up shop!

I was having another browse through this oddly fascinating collection of images when I came across a story based on the site of the proposed Pinkham Way waste management facility -

It's an excellent and quirky little story about someone who spotted a dumped VW Beetle on the website - and managed to locate it and get hold of bumpers for re-cycling on their own vintage car.
