For a few days - or maybe weeks - you have the chance to see the orginal Myddleton Road.  The surface was wooden bricks.  A patch of the tarmac has come off in about the middle of the road just east of Ayta Supermarket.  Take care ..... but if you look at this from above you can see some of the original bricks that made Myddleton Road in the 1880s.  Amazing condition!
