Hi Tracey,

I used Nature Design - www.nature-design.co.uk - they are a small team of young Czechs and one Dutch guy based locally.  They were very polite, hardworking and helpful, were happy to come and give me a free estimate, and did a very good job of clearing and cutting back my overgrown garden.

I tried the recommendations from the BPCA website but was unable to get any response from the numbers given.

My gardener does lots of local work, including my garden though he does not live in the area.  I would definitely recommend Giles as he is hard working and reliable - his mobile number is 07852 464 679.

I just wondered if you used anyone from these suggestions, and if so whether you were happy with their work?  I really just need someone to cut a large hedge and do some pruning.

Josef Stout Garden Services - lives in Turnpike Lane, "Friendly, reliable, experienced gardener, from regular maintenance to one-off jobs"

Has this morning emptied and taken down my old double compost bin, put together the new timber one - all well done (Bounds Green).  Also did my daughter's front garden in Palmers Green a few weeks ago.

Very nice young chap - a jazz saxophonist when he takes his gardening gloves off.

£12 per hour.
