I have just spotted that the Appeal  no 2218345  which was for 122 Myddleton Road, over the refusal of planning application HGY/213/1916 has been published.  Decision date was January 23rd.

The Appeal was dismissed.   And it is a very good report for using to object to other undesirable applications on the road.

The original planning application was for the conversion of the upper floors into 2 self-contained flats and the erection of a first floor rear extension.

No 122 is the property that had very extensive work going on last year and where the builders dug a huge basement....... what will that be used for, I wonder.

The builders also built the first floor rear extension that had been refused permission and which the Inspector has delivered judgement on.   It should NOT be there.

So what will happen now?  Will it be demolished like the bungalow at no 97?  That is what, in theory, should happen.

And... have the alterations also been made to convert into 2 flats upstairs?    I don't know, but Haringey should find out.
