Hiya Nick,

I have been to the shop a few times this week. Apparently just missed you on one of the days Paul informs me (at the piano shop Nearby). I am currently working at a new radio station I have set up around the corner (The road on the side of Hellenic Bakery) and am looking to either move it to the current Greek City shop (Currently where the office is) or relocate to somewhere else on the street, hence my enquiry. I have seen you may be leaning towards something in the music or creative industries so this fits the bill on that note I presume. Could you send me more details of this premises (size, plans, expected monthly rent etc.) please? We are looking to expand in the future as our place is not large enough and ideally I would love to remain local.

Hello Nick,

My enquiry is slightly different but may be of interest. I'm a counsellor and psychotherapist living locally. I work with young adults in Hackney and adults in private pracice. At the moment I have a private practice room in Archway but would like to be nearer home plus keen to be involved in some way with Myddleton Road initiatives. If it's suitable I would be interested in using the space a few evenings a week once the daytime business has finished. That wouldn't be clear until you work out who will be using it during the day and I guess the decision might then be theirs anyway. Anyway, please keep me in mind if that sounds like a possibility. 

Good luck with it. I'll also pass on the details to an artist friend, Julia, who may get in touch.
