The Red Sea Supermarket in Myddleton Road - on the corner with Marlborough - has a plastic bag dispenser outside.  This is for you to put your clean, dry plastic bags into, and shoppers to take from instead of getting yet another new one.  Please do take any clean plastic bags you don't need to The Red Sea.
