Noel Park was recently designated a Big Local community, meaning that the community will receive a £million grant, spread over 10 years for resident-led projects. As part of this programme, UnLtd is offering additional grants through its Star People programme.

The grants come in three sizes:

Try it awards (You have an idea that you want to research or try out)
support and up to £500 of funding

Do it awards (You are ready to develop a project)
support and up to £5,000 of funding

Build it awards (You've done the research and are ready to scale up fast)
support and up to £15,000 of funding

In order to qualify, you must be over 16 and have an idea for a social enterprise that will benefit the residents of Noel Park. You must also live or work in the Noel Park Big Local area. This means that residents of Noel Park conservation area (the avenues), the Sandlings, and Sky city all qualify.

If you know a young person who has an idea UnLtd also has a programme called the Live Programme for 11 to 21 year-olds.
