Have a look at our Recommended Trades Page there are several suggestions for roofers there.

Personally I was very impressed by Bill Aken, Tel: 07931 734448 who did a speedy and efficient job on our gutters after recent downpours.

I can thoroughly recommend Mr Mark Curran, who has treated many of the roofs in Beech Road N11, he's a roofing and guttering specialist, but 'all property maintenance undertaken' he'll take pictures of your roof to show you what's going on up there too. 020 8883 6330  or  mdcurranroofing@sky.com

if you walk down Beech Road, new looking and neatly plastered parapets are generally his work.

Unfortunately, I've got to know a number of roofers over the last 3 years. Our flat roof has a chronic leak.  Bill Aken came in and removed the inferior bituminous flashing installed a year previously and replaced with butyl flashing. I'm very happy with his approach.

He did not come in the cheapest, but I chose him as he's been realistic with his assessment & not made wild promises. He also convinced me of the advantages of the materials & methods he uses. Hi staff are polite and able to communicate effectively. (You'd really be surprised at the demeanour of the workmen some golden mouthed bosses send over to do the actual job.)
