What do people think about geographic boundaries for Bowes Park and Bounds Green?
We are in an interesting area as our neighbourhood (in the Bowes Park end) straddles both Enfield and Haringey boroughs; but people don't live their lives according to borough and ward borders. Whilst we don't intend this site to exclude people from joining in it would be useful to clarify a core area that we identify as "our patch"
I am sure that our permeable borders will allow input form anyone who wants to connnect... but who wants to have a go at suggesting an outline for "Bowes Park and Bounds Green"?
Good question, I'm being a bit selfish and would like to suggest:
Bowes, Beech, Bexhill, Bosworth, Brownlow, Elvendon, Evesham, Goring, Hardwicke, Hastings, Highworth, Lancaster, Livingstone, Maidstone & Lower Maidstone, Moffat, Natal, Ollerton, Pevensey, Pymmes, Shrewsbury, Stanley, Telford, Tewksbury, Union, Wakefield, Warwick, Westbury, Wishaw Walk and York
A handful do fall into Bowes Park whilst others not but we are in the process of setting up a small residents association:
and we would like to link in with this. Some of us are also part of the super ranters, Bowes Telford Community Action Group who always have something to say about this side of the tracks!
What do others think? Would this stretch the boundaries?
It looks like the roads you have mentioned all pretty much fall into what we have nominally identified as the core area for the site check the map that Dave McNeill created
I'm really keen that this site is available to connect with all of our neighbours - so the boundaries will always be permeable ... and membership is open to any individual neighbour who wants to join the conversation - whether an active RA ranter or not!! :) Welcome!
