Our hands-on cookery workshops are conducted by Mr Ben Cheng, who has got over 20 years of professional experience in cookery business in the UK. Chef Cheng became a Head Chef of the Good Earth Group when he was in his early 20s and later promoted to Executive Chef. He is an expert in Oriental cuisine and has passion in introducing healthy Chinese cooking to general public. Now Ben is a Director of Good Earth Group, a reputable Chinese restaurant in London.
