Chef Ben Cheng is the tutor of our hands-on Cookery Workshops. With over 20 years of professional experience in cookery business in the UK, Ben is an expert in Oriental cuisine and has passion in introducing healthy Chinese cooking to the general public. He became a Head Chef of the Good Earth Group when he was in his early 20s and later promoted to Executive Chef. Now Ben is a Director of Good Earth Group, a reputable Chinese restaurant in London.
